PORTLAND, OREGON — Live Axle Interactive, a Portland-based web design and development firm, has launched a redesigned web site for QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies - QCT - (www.cdmatech.com). QCT is the largest provider of 3G chipset and software technology in the world. The new web site is targeted at OEMs, operators, developers and marketers in the wireless industry.


Live Axle crafted a new information architecture for the website that provides easy access to information about QCT's product and service offerings. Live Axle also created a new look and feel that conveys the professional and dynamic attributes of QCT. And finally Live Axle migrated hundreds of pages of content using Interwoven's TeamSite content management system into the new website templates.


The final web site has been well received by QCT's wide range of audiences, including wireless device manufacturers, network operators and content developers. Three months after the launch of the new site, page views are consistently 30% higher.
