Situation
QCT needed assistance in managing presentation materials for their global Sales and Marketing Conference. They also needed a Sales and Marketing Conference website that would serve as a central communication tool for daily updates regarding the conference for the global workforce.
Solution
Live Axle created a website and presentation template that carried a common look and feel. The site was used to communicate daily agendas and activities for the conference, and it served as a registration tool for attendees to sign up for accommodations and activities. Live Axle assisted attendees from around the world with finalizing their presentations; we also served as an onsite resource throughout the conference, producing the daily agenda of multimedia presentations for hundreds of attendees.
Result
QCT organizers felt it was the smoothest Sales and Marketing Conference they had ever produced. Live Axle's organization, development and troubleshooting skills were a significant contributor to that level of satisfaction.
